Shrewsbury Open Gala
Not content with the fantastic County results, Wasps swimmers were out in force again last Saturday at the Shrewsbury Open Gala.
In the team were: James Cook, Peter Towers, Jamie Taylor, Philippa Lane, Annabel Cook, Beth Jamieson, Emma Sans, Lydia Jamieson, Ellie Reid, Bryony Archdeacon and Charlotte Evans. They brought home 14 medals.
4 Gold:
James Cook in the 200m Fly
Emma Sans in the 200m Breast
Bryony Archdeacon and Charlotte Evans in the 100m Back
6 Silver:
James and Lydia in the 100m Fly
Bryony in the 50m free
Charlotte Evans in the 50, 100 and 200m Free
4 Bronze:
Lydia in the 200IM
Charlotte in the 100 Fly
Jamie Taylor in the 100m Back
Emma Sans in the 100m breast.
Charlotte Evans and Bryony Archdeacon also got one new MDQT each.
There were also a very impressive 15 PBs so well done to all swimmers who took part.
