Updated Wasp League Table – Competition Hots Up
Competition within the Wasps is most definitely hotting up. Following the recent Open Galas at Wolverhampton and Millfield, as well as the Clubs time trials – December has seen a number of swimmers climbing up the League Tables.
Premier League
Alfie Pardoe has moved up one place to fourth - with an additional 136 points – bringing his total to 1059.
After her successes at Wolverhampton Abi Fawcett gained 80 points, but because of increased competition slipped from fourth to fifth.
Joe Evans added a further 64 points to his tally, bringing his total to 959 – and moving up from seventh to sixth.
Elliot Hughes added a massive 220 points – taking his total to 954 – moving up two places to seventh.
Ben Williams gained 7 points – cementing his position at number twelve.
Annie Mellings is fast becoming one of the best breaststroke swimmers the Club has recently produced – and on the back of some excellent swims at Wolverhampton – moved up one Premier League Place from 14th to 13th – having gained 123 points – taking her total to 691.
Another swimmer with a very bright future – Hannah Greene added 82 points – bringing her total to 462 – and moving her up from 16th to 15th.
Callum Trent further cemented his 17th position with the addition of 4 points – taking his total to 365.
Second Division
In the Second Division Lauren Bond added 73 points taking her total to 221, and moving her up two places to second.
Third Division
At the top of the Third Division Connah Suttle-Jones added 11 points bring his total to 45.
