Wasps Smash Last Years County Medal Tally

For anyone seeking proof - that the Wasps have come on leaps and bounds, over the last 12 months – they need look no further than the final medal table from this years County Championships.

A fantastic 59 gold, silver and bronze medals were won compared to last year’s tally of just 36. Furthermore Wasp swimmers achieved 28 Midland District Qualifying times compared to 3 in 2006, and set 4 new County championship records compared to nil last year.

All that serious pool and land training and competitive spirit is paying dividends.
