Wasps Take 3rd Place at Crusader Round 3
The Wasps were edged into third place at the recent Crusader League gala held at Newport on Saturday 6th May – largely due to not being able to swim a full team due to absenteeism. Once again this demonstrated the importance of swimmers confirming their availability and then sticking to their guns.
Despite this slight disappointment we did manage to achieve 22 Personal Bests notching up a total of 168 points against second placed Newport’s 175.
The tally of points after 3 rounds leaves us still in overall second position in the league with 564 points with just one gala to go.
